I miss seeing you. I came back a few weeks ago, and, after a little horse collision, went off the horse, and have a small fracture in my right arm. So, I won't be practicing for a few more weeks. How are you? I heard you had injured yourself.
Thank you so much for the article you wrote for the UH paper. It went beyond my expectations and I will be proud to see it published in the paper. I liked the analogy of hockey players, as that’s the immediate image that comes to my mind as well. It’s a lot better than my other image “girls taking away a guy’s ball. “ If there are any suggestions that can be given in regards to the paper, Helen will see to it by e-mail. If you have any more questions please let me know.
More importantly, I want to thank you for your assistance. The Lio Polo Club would not have been made possible if it wasn’t for the inspiration and passion the fields have given me. Polo is a passion of mine that I wish to follow, but more importantly I wish to give way to an inter-collegiate team that can play competitively. And boy- does that sound melodramatic or what. Let’s be honest, I like hitting balls.
Hope you’ll be around the grounds next Sunday. Would like to talk to you about having you as a guest speaker for one of my club meetings. I have the 1st official meeting coming up next Friday (10-17-2008) @ 5pm, but the notice might be too short for you. Also, let me know if you will require a ride/pick up for you to come down to UH? I’ll be happy to arrange any services I can if you’re still interested in being a speaker.
